Requirements
The technical writer gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information related to supporting ForgeRock and identity and access management solutions. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.

Responsibilities: Composing technical documents including, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), wiki's for document traceability leveraging document development life cycle
Editing functional descriptions, system specifications, around features and deliverables with the help of subject matter experts and engineers.
Organizing material and completing writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Establishing the overall organizational layout and editorial standards of the submission to Wiki and other published material.
Working with the engineers to develop a consistent, uniform style and language and helps others in creating documentation.
Ability to take existing and potential content and improve and organize it
Contributing and writing release notes and ensuring version control
Experience with ADO and Release Management preferred
