Showbest Fixture is looking for a Project Manager to join their
team in Richmond, VA.
If you have 2+ years of Project Management experience in a related
Construction or Manufacturing Environment, then this is a career

and PTO. Duties and Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Oversee the entire project delivery process to meet Showbest's
and client's requirements, ensuring alignment with quality, cost,
and time standards.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team,
including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Develop and manage the project management team, fostering
motivation and dedication.
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to plan and track
project progress, including physical progress and Earned Value
Management.
- Coordinate with project team members, contractors, suppliers,
and site teams (including sub-contractors) to ensure seamless
project execution.
- Oversee all project activities including design, value
engineering, fabrication, procurement, and installation.
- Work with clients to identify and agree on changes effectively,
ensuring smooth integration of modifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison with key clients, providing
project status reports to the President and VP of Manufacturing,
and offering feedback to the project team.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to adapt and
develop systems suitable for complex projects, including scheduling
and cost estimation.
- Ensure product performance by designing and conducting tests,
maintaining project schedules, and controlling project plans
through review and recommendations.
