A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Front End
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end frontend experience across key product
surfaces
Lead architectural decisions, design systems evolution, and
frontend tooling strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, accessible, and
inclusive user experiences
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer in a fast-paced
startup environment
Proven track record of leading complex, modern frontend
applications from architecture to execution
Deep experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
Familiarity with modern frontend trends and tools such as Tailwind
CSS and server-side rendering (SSR)
Preferred experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend
frameworks
