role and responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement the SAP Retail Industry
Solution and SAP CAR module to meet business needs as part of a
merchandising team.
- Define and document merchandising business processes using SAP
Retail and SAP CAR.
- Define and document functional and technical specifications for
SAP Retail and SAP CAR business processes.
- Perform Business Process Re-engineering for merchandising
processes using knowledge of SAP Retail / SAP CAR.
- Lead Implementation workshops related to SAP Retail / SAP
CAR.
- Plan, execute and document SAP Retail / SAP CAR
configuration.
- Work as part of a merchandising team to resolve SAP issues and
implement changes.
- Define and develop test cases for merchandising processes.
- Work in an Agile team structure and use agile products for
managing work (e.g., Jira).This Job can be performed from anywhere

- Knowledge of SAP Retail / SAP CAR modules with 10 years of
experience.
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit
analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation
support.
- Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive
system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business
teams.Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance
with the US government.Preferred technical and professional
experience
- Experience in the Federal Government.
